Dolly Parton Was One of the Producers of Buffy
Now, while this is not officially noted anywhere, it must be said that American singer and songwriter Dolly Parton turned out to be an executive producer of the show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Basically, Sandy Gallin was one of the exec producers of the shows Buffy and Angel, and she also had a long-standing production partnership with Parton and she managed her career. So, technically, this makes Parton an unofficial producer of the Buffy, and the Andrew Dice Clay special “The Diceman Cometh,” Fly Away Home, the Steve Martin version of Father of the Bride and Noah Baumbach’s Kicking and Screaming.
