*Repeat the 15-30 second slow jog/walk routine 5 times.
Jog for 30 seconds — Speed 6.5, Incline 0
Run for 30 seconds — Speed: 7.5, Incline: 0
Run for 15 seconds — Speed 8.5, Incline: 0
Run for 15 seconds — Speed 9.5, Incline: 0
