How To Publicly Shame Someone oli beal's neighbors

Who: Oli Beale’s neighbors
Why: They sang at the top of their lungs all night
When Oli Beale of the London borough of Hackney couldn’t ignore his neighbors’ “singing/screaming on their balcony,” he decided to go all Simon Cowell on their asses. So the next morning, he posted an hour-by-hour review of all the songs they sang, from The Who’s “Pinball Wizard” (“Terrible. 3 out of 10.”) to The Cure’s “Friday I’m In Love”  (“A return to poor form. 2 out of 10.”). He posted the sign on the block’s communal message board and his Twitter account. The lesson here: Always invite your neighbors when you’re throwing a party.
