So you’re planning a bachelor party for your favorite chum, but you’re clueless as to what exactly the night should entail. We’ve all been there: that lame bachelor’s party consisting of a 24 pack of Coors which ends at 8:30 (p.m., not a.m.). If you’re looking to give your friend an unforgettable last blow out, browse these bachelor party themes. There’s sure to be one in the following list that would give any man a memorable final hurrah:
Rat Pack: Vegas. Las Vegas. Let your mind (and wallet) run wild on this one. If you’ve got the coin to fund a weekend in Vegas – or whatever your local Sin City may be – do it. The groom will never forget it, though he won’t be able to recall everything too clearly. By the end of the weekend, you’ll be Sinatra fronting a Rat Pack of your own.
Sand, Sun, and Fun: Take your friends to check out the local beach, lake, river, or whatever body of water is nearby. Bring along a keg, strap it to the side of a boat or inner tube, and let the good times wash over you. Again, a boat rental (if you don’t own one) will set you back a few dollars, but it’s cheaper than the Vegas option at least.
Straight Laced: Maybe your buddy isn’t into all that drinking and gambling and, well, you know: the whole “living it up” scene. That’s okay. Go out for steaks, maybe catch a ballgame, or just relax at your favorite watering hole.
Night on the Town:It may not be Vegas, and maybe you’re not relaxing on the water, but that doesn’t mean you can’t paint the town red – or at least magenta. Call a few local bars or dance or gentlemen’s clubs. If you’re bringing along a sizable party, they’ll offer you discounts.
With one of these bachelor party themes, you’ll be sure the groom (and everyone else) has a great night.
