There are tons of great bars in San Francisco. We’re choosing three, and it was a tough choice at that. If you and your friends are up for a night of debauchery, check out these great bars in San Francisco:
Shotwell’s on 20th Street
A classic pub among San Francisco’s upscale dive bars, Shotwell’s is located in the Mission District on 20th Street. They’re known for offering customers a large selection of beer and affordable pub grub. The locals flock here on a nightly basis to hang out with their fellow Mission neighborhood friends. While the place is popular, there’s always a seat or two available at the bar.
The Press Club on Yerba Buena Lane
If you’re looking for something that’s a little more upscale and classy, The Press Club in the Financial District is well-known by locals and tourists alike. For its location and target clientele, The Press Club offers their drinks at affordable rates. The atmosphere is relaxing, with just enough light to see what you’re doing. Friends often come here after work to have a conversation over a glass of wine.
Tony Nik’s Cafe on Stockton Street
Located in the famous North Beach/Telegraph Hill area, Tony Nik’s is one of the great bars in San Francisco and is a popular hangout spot among the locals. Drink prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Make sure to visit the bar when the Giants aren’t playing at AT&T Park.
