Lesson: Don’t marry royalty … or a Cage
They had an off-again, on-again thing for a bit before deciding they truly loved each other and would get married secretly in Hawaii on the 25th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s death (the King is Lisa Maria’s dad in case you didn’t know). Then, he filed for divorce 108 days later. She claimed they shouldn’t have been married in the first place. Presley gets the gold star for making the obvious statement. At the time, it was Cage’s second marriage and Presley’s third.
