Screw Jogging, Have Sex Instead!
Losing weight has finally become enjoyable. New research suggests an hour of sexual activity can burn as many calories as a 30-minute jog on a treadmill.

There’s finally a decent alternative to jogging — having sex. Researchers from the University of Quebec fitted 20 heterosexual couples ages 18-35 with calorie-tracking devices and asked them to jog on a treadmill for 30 minutes and have sex. The study found that a an hour of boot-knockin’ torched just as many calories as a half-hour jog on a the treadmill. During sex, guys burned about 120 calories, and women 90 calories.
Normally we’d say something about how these scientists did the world a favor by putting off things like cancer research and AIDS cures to figure this out, but for making weight loss more enjoyable, we commend them.
