Not that head, buddy. Time is the gym can be a stress reliever and give you time to concentrate on yourself. We’re guessing most times of the day aren’t dedicated to you, but more likely your job, your family, your pets, pretending to look busy in front of your boss, etc. So after looking at this picture for a few minutes we still have no idea what the “spotter” is doing.
