Drinking in the office is nothing new for us, but this time we had a special occasion to celebrate: St. Patrick’s Day. (Well, it wasn’t actually St. Patrick’s Day, but it was close enough.) In honor of the favorite holiday of Irish people Irish-Americans people who like to wear green plastic bowler hats and get into fistfights before passing out in piles of garbage, we came up with five delicious drinks that have authentic ties to Ireland.
