Video: Mr. Wizard Being a Jerk to Kids!
Turns out the science-loving Mr. Wizard wasn’t always very nice to the little nerds he had on his TV show back in the 1980s.

Remember Mr. Wizard? If you don’t, your parents do. Mr. Wizard, aka Don Herbert, taught millions of children all about science on a few different TV shows that spanned five decades. (The most recent was Mr. Wizard’s World, which was on the air from 1983 to 1990.) He always seemed like a friendly sort of guy, what with his willingness to share his beakers and chemical reagents and whatnot with youngsters. But as this video reveals, he was actually kind of a dick to some of the kids. Not that they didn’t deserve it. Nerds!
