Video: New Super Mario Bros. Glitch

RetroCollect.com, which is a website dedicated to old-school gaming for NES, SNES, N64 and the likes, has reported a new glitch in Super Mario Bros that leads to infinite 1Ups. While the info would have been more pertinent 30 years ago when we were playing the game on our bulky 17-inch TV sets — in Technicolor, mind you! — it’s still cool that new Easter eggs are being found three decades later.

How it’s done is complicated so we won’t bother explaining.
