Aikido means “the way of the harmonious spirit.” So of course earthly-wolf-soul Steven Seagal would embrace it! Seagal may look like a bloated mess these days, but simply because he’s no longer the svelte dude he was in Hard to Kill doesn’t mean the seventh-degree black belt isn’t a genuine ass-kicker.
Rooted in joint-locks and stressing the ultimate resolution of peace, instead of compound fractures, aikido will get the job done but won’t wreck the sh*t out of someone like, say, Krav Maga.
