Urinary incontinence can occur if you’re overweight or stressed out. The outcome is embarrassing: there’s an involuntary contraction of the bladder and the need to urinate right then. In other words, you piss yourself.

If you can’t bring yourself to let loose in a public bathroom or Porta-Potty you might have paruresis, a condition or phobia where someone feels too awkward to pee when other people are around. (When you can’t go No. 2 when people are around it’s called parcopresis).
