We all want our cars to be nicer. It doesn’t matter how high on our priority list it is, and there’s something that makes us feel more secure when we’re riding in a cleaner, tidier car.

So, how can you make your car nicer? There are so many options that you can choose from that to say it’s hard to choose. It’ll just make it look easy.

So, we decided to sit down and share things that we’ve learned by making our own cars nicer.

There are a lot of things that you can do, but we’ll share what we believe has the biggest return on value (i.e., you’ll really feel the difference once you get those mods installed. We’ll go over some interior, as well as exterior features, and most importantly, we’ll add something that you have to do every month to make sure your car stays nice and all.

So, without wasting more time, let’s get started, shall we!?

Invest and install a more modern stereo in your car, as that’s the thing you interact with most.

There are a few things that you always interact with once you get into your car. One is your in-dash stereo. And, as we all know, OEM stereos that come with cars often can’t provide that much of nice sound quality.

Especially if you’re driving a car older than ten years, there’s a huge chance you have a car stereo that can be easily removed.

One of the best things that you can do is actually get yourself an aftermarket car stereo. Upgrade the head unit with the speakers as well, and you’re bound to have quality sound in your car.

Tint your windows to have some privacy in your vehicle instead of feel like you’re riding in a fishbowl.

One of the best upgrades you can do to your car is to have privacy when you’re in your vehicle. It’s really a shame that most cars don’t come out of the factory with tinted windows.

But, thankfully, tinting your windows is a pretty inexpensive upgrade that you can do yourself. And all you have to do is find the right professional to tint your windows. So, make sure you do proper research before you drive your car there.

If you’re just starting driving, we’d advise you to go with a lighter tint, and once you become more space aware and familiar with your vehicle, you can install a darker tint (but also make sure your tint percentage is legal).

Get your car professionally cleaned at least twice every month.

Finally, the best way to make your car feel and look nicer is to drive it to a professional detailer.

Like, make it your habit to professionally clean your car every two weeks or so (depending on where you live). In the winter months, you can get away with only an interior clean, accompanied by an exterior clean every month or so.

Doing little upgrades to your car like the ones we mentioned above can be a great way to make an older vehicle feel more modern. While with time, there are many upgrades that you can do, it’s best to start with upgrades that you interact with every time you sit behind the wheel.
