Wilson Cruz: Bad
Unless you’re a waiter wearing a tuxedo at a fancy restaurant in a cartoon, the pencil mustache is a tough look to pull off. On one hand it can look a little fussy. On the other hand, if you have visible stubble on the rest of your upper lip, it looks like you missed a spot while shaving. Oh, and wrapping a pencil mustache around your mouth does you no favors.
