The first episode of “Game of Thrones” started off on a high note by establishing power dynamics and intentions through shocking actions like this one. Viserys (Harry Lloyd) takes off his young sister’s clothes and strokes her “woman’s body” while threatening her in the bathroom before she is to meet the strange Dothraki man he’s arranged for her to marry.
