• 2 oz Macallan 10 Year Scotch
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1.5 oz hand-pressed apple cider
• 2 fresh figs
• 2-3 sage leaves
• .5 oz simple syrup
Add ice, shake, and strain over double rocks or martini glass. Garnish with sage leaf.

• 1 oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
• 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 dash of peychauds bitters
