If your friend is the athletic sort, take him out for a day of paintball. Paintball is a great way for him to burn off any stress he’s having about the big day — it’s hard to be worried about change and commitment when you’re dodging bullets made of paint! Plus, it’s a great excuse to get outside, hang out with the guys and some some good clean(ish) fun.
