When kids litter streets or sidewalks with their “chalk art” — misshapen suns, birds that look like the letter V, and sloppily written curse words — it’s an annoyance that makes us want to push for legislation banning kids, er, chalk art. Then we see how cool 3D street art can be using hands, chalk, and an open slice of asphalt, and we think maybe we should actually consider pushing for legislation banning kids.
