Minute Four: Lunges

Start in a standing position, take a step forward with one leg, graze the floor with the knee of your other leg, then return to a standing position. Repeat with the other leg and so on. You can also do “walking lunges” in which you actually take steps with each rep. When you think you’re ready, hold dumbbells as you go.

Reps: 15 per leg
