DARK RUM
Malibu Blacklight
• 1 1/2 parts Malibu Black
• 3 parts pineapple juice
• Splash of fresh lime juice
• Soda
Combine Malibu Black, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Top with soda and serve over ice in a tall glass
Bajan Cooler
• 2 oz Mount Gay Rum Eclipse BLACK
• 3½ oz ginger beer
• ¾ oz fresh passion fruit juice or passion fruit puree
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the ingredients, and stir well.
