Even someone with inherent leadership chops has to occasionally admit some mistakes and own up to them. Capt. Sharp could have continued on sleeping with bored housewives and barely doing his job, but instead he does the right thing by wayward foster child Sam Shakusky. The right thing and the easy thing are rarely the same thing.
