Made famous by old-timey strongman George Zottman, this unique exercise taxes the extensors of the forearms as much as the biceps, and serves as a great way to even out muscle imbalances.
How to Do it
1. Take a pair of dumbbells and curl them as you conventionally would.
2. At the top of the exercise “flip em” so your palms are facing down.
3. Control the resistance on your way down.
Start with lighter weight, concentrate on form, and hit 3 sets of 8-15 reps.
