WARM UP
• Attempt to nap on a playground jungle gym.
• Upon waking, offer advice to disturbed parents such as “He needs a hat!” Keep abdominals engaged.
SET 1
• Put fist through a plate glass window to exhaustion.
• Flee from cops.
• Hide in a dentist’s waiting room, pretending you have an appointment. Keep lats engaged.
• Press a vending machine over your head in a rage-fueled attempt to throw it at the cops.
SET 2
• Get physically ejected from the library.
• Rest 1 minute.
• Get physically ejected from the Blockbuster next to the library.
• Rest 1 minute.
• Get physically ejected from the Dollar Store next to the library and the Blockbuster.
• Rest 30 seconds.
• Strut maniacally 85 blocks while singing the theme to The Brady Bunch. Keep abdominals engaged.
