We’re not really sure what Dr. Who is about, so we don’t really get the parody. But that doesn’t mean we’re not into the show. Stuff with low-budget special effects and nonsensical catchphrases is right up our alley. As it happens, the guy who plays the fictional Dr. Spacetime created his own four-minute pilot to appease fans.
