EVENT: REGGIE MILLER SCORE 8 POINTS IN 9 SECONDS
YEAR: 1995

With the Knicks leading the Pacers 105-99 with 18.7 seconds left, Game 1 of the 1995 Eastern Conference semifinals was essentially over — until Reggie Miller took, uh, over. Known as the “Knick Killer” for his clutch performances against New York, Miller sank a three-pointer, stole the ball on the subsequent inbound pass, and then hit another three to tie the game. Moments later, Miller was fouled and sank two free throws to give the Pacers the lead. Indiana went on to win, and eventually captured the series in seven games.
