Outside Lands will include sets from Phish, Muse, The Black Keys, STS9, Arcade Fire, The Roots, and 40 other acts. Plus, the festival puts a big emphasis on local art and wine, with more than 25 of California’s wineries and vineyards shilling at the event. Think of it as Gathering of the Juggalos, but for people who’ve been to (and/or could name a country in) Europe. Still, no Roddy Piper, so the Gathering may have the edge. (We’re not kidding.)
