A Full English
Speaking of carbohydrates, professor of psychology at England’s Keele University recommends “a full English” to cure a hangover — bacon, fried, poached or scrambled eggs, fried or grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, toast with butter, and sausages. And all that will restore depleted sugar levels. Human ecology professor David Levitsky further explains that “all mammals gravitate to eating the most energy-dense foods, and fat is the most energy-dense food available.” After a night of drinking, energy is definitely something the body is going to be looking for.
