Leche De Tigre
In Peru, cocktails aren’t just fancy sweet drinks. Leche de tigre, or “tiger’s milk”, contains lime juice, coriander, garlic, onion, chilies, salt, pepper, and fish. All those ingredients together pack a punch of vitamin C (lime, coriander, chilies), and B12 (fish), all of which are perfect for replenishing what alcohol drains from the body.
