Develop lower-body explosiveness and give your quads a burn. Hold a TRX handle in each hand and step forward until the line is taut; the straps should be near elbow-height. Lunge forward with one foot and shift your body weight to the front; both of your heels should be off of the ground and you should attempt to balance on the balls of yoru feet.

Keep your back flat (or as flat as possible) and then push off  with your back foot as you bring that knee to your chest.

Land softly and return to the start position. Do both legs.
