Ryan Gosling – Dead Man’s Bones
Music:
Most people will recognize this guy instantly thanks to the many iconic roles he portrayed over the years in various Hollywood blockbusters, but Gosling also plays numerous instruments and has made a solo recording entitled “Put Me in the Car” in 2007. In that same year Gosling and Zach Shields formed an indie rock band Dead Man’s Bones – both met when Gosling was dating Rachel McAdams and Shields was dating her sister. The most talked about recording they made was with the Silverlake Conservatory’s Children’s Choir. The interesting fact is that Gosling and Shields opted to play all the instruments themselves; Ryan Gosling played piano, guitar, bass guitar and cello, and provided the vocals. The album was met with a largely positive response.
