Walk it Out
Men who are quite overweight, don’t exercise often due to a desk job, or those who have gotten out of shape because of health issues may want to consider walking. This requires no gym membership or skills. All you need are a pair of sturdy athletic shoes and clothing that allows you to move easily, such as a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. You can walk in your backyard, your neighborhood or a nearby park. This is one of the best aerobic exercises you can do to obtain physical fitness.
