Though it’s the third in the inFAMOUS series, Second Son moves the action to Seattle to follow a new hero: Delsin, a tagger who discovers he has super powers and uses them to stop those who would oppress his fellow supes. Which is why you’ll spend your time running around Seattle’s rooftops, taking out bad guys with the long chains attached to your arms and a lightsaber-like neon sword, while using a variety of powers that would make the previous games’ hero jealous.
