When it comes to cardio, Conrad recommends interval training for two reasons.
1.) You won’t have to spend as much time doing cardio because it will challenge your body more intensely for short periods of time.
2.) Because your body has to switch gears quickly, you will burn more calories while exercising and then burn more calories throughout the day. You can do cardio on a treadmill or outside as long as you have a stopwatch handy.
