#6. PERFECT YOUR FORM
You see those little nubs near the dude’s knees? Yeah, those are crash bars that are supposed to help catch the weight if you do something like load too much on there. However, putting them super low like that only means when you do hit the deck you’ll be totally screwed. When you use too much weight your exercise form (or technique) suffers. It’s better to stick with light weight and nail the form than it is to load tons of weight onto a bar so you can attempt to look cool for your Instagram followers.
