In 2008 Heather Locklear was speeding down the highway in Montecito, California when she decided that she no longer wanted to drive. So she did what any sane person would do — she blocked traffic and caused a scene. Cops came and hauled her off. Was she wasted? Not on booze. Turns out, Locklear got into a tiff with her husband Richie Sambora and was hopped up on anti-anxiety meds. In court, she took a plea deal and got her DUI charges dropped; the punishment was a $700 fine.
