Kenneth From 30 Rock is Immortal
One well-known fan theory fan suggests that the character lives forever since he basically knows every TV star from the ’40s and ’50s and he had a pet bird for “almost 60 years.” There’s also an episode called “Governor Dunston” (Season 7) in which Kenneth’s mom (Catherine O’Hara) humorously hints to this theory as she talks about the bizarre birth of this son.
The Simpsons Predicts the Future
One of the more bizarre fan theories surrounding The Simpsons is that this long-running show has predicted several major events in the future. For instance, in a 1995 episode, Lisa Simpson holds up a magazine cover that reads “New York Mets Win World Series.” This theory came true four years later when the Mets won their first World Series since 1969. Similarly, an episode from 1997 showed Lisa using a tablet computer—the iPad wasn’t released until 2010! Whether or not these predictions can be attributed to anything besides coincidence remains a mystery.
