THE WOLVERINE (JULY 26)
Even though Hugh Jackman attacks everything he does with admirable gusto (he went on an insanely strict exercise/diet program to get ripped for Les Miserables even though the director never asked him to), The Wolverine will be a bloodless PG-13 effort that will once again fall victim to filmmakers’ squeamishness about making Logan as dangerously unhinged as he is in the comics. Ninjas can only help so much.
